CCWG – Lethbridge Livestock Supplies offers multiple shipping and pickup options to accommodate our customers across Canada.

Shipping and Pickup Options

At checkout, customers may choose from the following options:

• Canada Post

• Purolator

• In-Store Pickup (no charge)

Additional shipping carriers may be available depending on the destination and products ordered.

Shipping Times

Shipping times to most locations within Canada are typically up to 5 business days, depending on the shipping service selected and destination. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather conditions, and other circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery times.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on statutory holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Large or Restricted Items

Some oversized, heavy, hazardous, or specialty items may require additional shipping charges. Certain products may not be eligible for shipping and may be available for in-store pickup only.

Where applicable, any additional fees, shipping restrictions, or pickup-only requirements will be clearly indicated on the product page or at checkout.

If additional shipping charges are required after an order is placed, a member of our team will contact you before processing the shipment.

Local Pickup

Customers selecting In-Store Pickup will receive notification when their order is ready for pickup.

Please bring a copy of your order confirmation and valid identification when collecting your order.

Additional Information

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.

CCWG – Lethbridge Livestock Supplies is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, customs processing, service interruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to the customer upon delivery of the products to the shipping carrier.
