Dear Family, Friends, Loyal Customers and Staff,

We all know too well the effects that Covid-19 (Coronavirus) has had on our communities across the country and around the world. We have been closely monitoring statements from the national and provincial Chief Medical Officers and other Government officials and conducting our business operations accordingly.

Our company has already implemented significant steps to minimize the health and safety risks to both our staff, customers whilst still servicing customers. We have invoked social distancing policies as well as increased cleaning and sanitization of our facilities and equipment. We have also made available easy access to hygiene products at all of our locations.

Customer access to our retail stores will be restricted. The Real Wool Shop was closed effective immediately until further notice, but some staff will be retained to process...
